Getting started

Create an account, build your profile and get verified.

You sign up with your email in one short form: choose your role, date of birth and accept the terms. We send a one-time code (OTP) to your email, and your account is created when you enter the code. There are no long forms and no password to remember.

EliteDulce is passwordless. Instead of a password, you log in with a one-time code sent to your email. You can mark a device as “trusted” so you can skip the extra step next time.

You complete a short onboarding: enter your city, postal code and country (your gender is derived from your role), and optionally write a short intro. You get 50 Dulces for completing onboarding.

Your profile gets a score from 0 to 100. The more you fill in — profile photo, intro/bio, description, interests, role, extra photos, private gallery and verification — the higher your score. The score determines which features you've unlocked.

Your profile opens up step by step: a brand-new profile is limited, a filled-in text profile can do more, and a profile with a photo + verification gets full access. In short: the more complete your profile, the more you can do — and the better you're shown to others.

Take a selfie holding a sign with the text “EliteDulce” and today's date. The photo is stored privately (it's never shown publicly) and reviewed manually by our team. If you're approved, you get a verified badge and 100 Dulces. If the photo is rejected, you get a specific reason.

Sugar Daddies and Sugar Mamas can confirm their income by uploading, for example, a payslip, annual tax statement or bank statement. The team approves an income range, which is shown as a badge. You can only have one application in the queue at a time.

Discover & match

How to discover others, show interest and match.

Use Explorer to search with filters — role, gender, age, city, country, online status, income-verified and arrangement wishes. Results are shown 15 at a time with “load more”.

Yes. If you've shared your location, you can browse members within a radius of you, sorted by proximity and activity.

Every day we hand-pick 3 profiles for you, calculated from your preferences and activity. They're ready in the morning, and you get a reminder later in the day.

Use the Online filter or the “Online now” section. Note: members who've turned off their online status or are in incognito won't show as online.

A like shows interest — if you like each other, a match is created. A super-like highlights your like extra and costs 50 Dulces. Elite+ users get 3 free super-likes per day, then 50 Dulces each.

With "Show date interest" you send a short date invitation (up to 140 characters) to someone you haven't matched with yet — optionally tied to a specific icebreaker answer on their profile. The recipient can reply yes or no, and you see the answer on your Dates page. It works as a like and costs 75 Dulces.

Pass quickly rejects a profile. If you change your mind, Rewind can undo your latest pass within 24 hours. Elite+ users get 3 free rewinds per day, then 15 Dulces per undo.

A match happens when you've both liked each other. You both get a match notification. If one of you has blocked the other, no match can occur.

Icebreakers are prompts you can answer (up to 3, max. 500 characters per answer) to show more of your personality. Others can like a specific answer — or show date interest linked to it.

Messages & calls

Chat, audio/video calls and what's needed to write.

To chat, you need to be photo-verified and have message access (Elite+ — or a free role that includes it). Blocks always apply.

You can send text, photos, video and audio/voice messages in your conversation. To prevent spam, there's a mild rate limit on messages.

The double checkmarks show that the recipient has read your message. If you'd like to read without revealing it, you can hide your read receipts for 24 hours for 50 Dulces.

The “typing…” indicator appears in real time when the other person is about to reply. You can react to a message with an emoji (one reaction per message) by pressing and holding it.

The chat follows you across every page and shows your active conversations and unread messages. You can mute a single conversation without archiving it.

Tap the call button in a conversation. The other person gets an incoming-call popup with a ringtone and can answer or decline. Calls require the same access as messages.

If the person you want to call is offline, you can send a “wished call” reminder by email — if they've allowed it in their settings.

Dulces & prices

The virtual currency Dulces — earn, buy and spend.

Dulces are the platform's virtual currency. You use them for extra features like gifts, boosts, super-likes and insights. You can both earn them for free and buy more.

You get 100 Dulces for creating your account, 50 Dulces for completing onboarding and 100 Dulces for getting verified. A login streak gives 5/10/20 Dulces (day 1 / day 3 / day 7+). If you invite a friend, your reward depends on your role: Sugar Daddies and Sugar Mamas get 14 days of Elite+, while Sugar Babes and Toy Boys get 300–400 Dulces on sign-up — plus 500 Dulces if the friend later buys Elite+.

You can use them for gifts, tips (Tip Jar), super-likes, date invitations, boosts, spotlight, vibes, hidden read receipts, rewind and insights about your visitors. The full price list is in the table below.

Tip Jar lets you send a freely chosen amount of Dulces as a tip to a match directly in the chat — outside the gift catalogue.

Boost temporarily lifts your profile higher up in Explorer and Nearby (choose the duration). Spotlight places you at the top of others' Daily Picks for 24 hours for 200 Dulces.

Vibes is a short “right now” status (up to 100 characters) shown to the users whose role matches yours, for 1–7 days. For example: “In town tonight — who's up for it?”.

Elite+ membership

What it gives you, who gets it free, and what it costs.

Elite+ is the membership that unlocks the core features: reading and sending messages, seeing who liked you, advanced filters, priority in search, read receipts, incognito, profile boost, 3 free super likes and rewinds per day, seeing your visitors, gallery upload, private gallery, Privista and an AI-generated profile text.

Sugar Babes and Toy Boys get all Elite+ features FOR FREE and don't need to subscribe. Sugar Daddies and Sugar Mamas take out an Elite+ subscription to unlock the core features.

You can choose between week, month and year: 129 kr./week, 349 kr./month or 2.799 kr./year. The longer the period, the cheaper per day.

You sign up for and manage your subscription on the subscription page (payment via Stripe). You can cancel at any time — your access runs until the paid period expires.

Share your personal invitation code. If you invite as a Sugar Daddy or Sugar Mama, you get 14 days of Elite+ free every time a new friend signs up with the code — plus 500 Dulces on top if the friend later buys Elite+.

Profile, photos & gallery

Photos, stories, travel plans, wishlist and Privista.

Go to Settings → General → Picture (or do it during onboarding). At least one profile picture is required for a complete profile. We automatically remove EXIF data from images.

Extra images visible to everyone. More images give a stronger profile and better placement.

More intimate images that are hidden by default. Others can request access, and you approve or decline each request.

An image or video that automatically disappears after 24 hours. As the owner, you can see who has viewed your story.

Announce that you'll be in a specific city or country on specific dates. It shows on your profile and in filters, so you can plan meetings in advance.

A wishlist with shopping links (e.g. Amazon, Pandora, Magasin, Matas) including the price, so a match knows what you're dreaming of.

Privista is creator content: creators can publish exclusive images/videos for sale, and others can buy individual posts or subscribe to a creator's feed.

Privacy & safety

Control who sees you — and stay safe.

Yes. Turn off “show online status” in the privacy settings so others can't see when you're active.

Yes. Turn off “show in search” so your profile doesn’t appear in Explorer results.

Yes. You can hide your age and/or your location from how others see your profile, using separate toggles.

Every uploaded image is re-encoded on the server, so hidden metadata such as location, camera and time is always removed — for your safety.

A 24-hour mode where your profile visits aren’t recorded and your online status is hidden. Incognito is part of Elite+.

An optional safety feature where you can set a trusted contact email. It’s turned off by default.

Yes. With “visible to premium only”, your profile is shown only to Elite+ users and free roles — not to other free users.

Block a user so they can’t see your profile, message you or view your stories — you can always undo it later. Report sends a case to our moderation team if someone behaves inappropriately.

Account & notifications

Settings, email change, language and messages from us.

Under Settings → Account you can change your username, name, date of birth and language.

Request an email change, confirm it with a one-time code sent to the new address, and you’re done. Your old email is notified of the change, and your other sessions are logged out for security.

Devices you’ve marked as trusted skip the extra verification step at login. You can revoke a device at any time.

Use the language selector (in the footer and the side menu) or choose a language under Settings. EliteDulce is available in several languages.

You get notifications both in the app (the bell) and by email. Under Alerts/Notifications you can turn each type on or off — or unsubscribe from all emails via the master switch or the link at the bottom of our emails.

In test mode you can send a bug report with a description and screenshots straight to the team, so we can fix issues quickly.
