Before you meet
- Talk in the app until you feel ready – there is no rush.
- Look for the verification check and ask for a video call if you are unsure.
- Never share your address, workplace details or bank information early on.
On the date
- Meet in a public place and arrange your own transport.
- Tell a friend where you are, or use Date check in the app.
- Keep an eye on your drink and leave if something feels wrong.
Afterwards
- You never owe anyone a second date.
- Report behaviour that broke our rules – also if it happened offline.
- Contact the police if you have been the victim of a crime.
