Matches and messages
Likes, matches, chat and Your Turn.
- How do matches and messages work on EliteDulce? When you have both liked each other, it is a match and the conversation opens. Chat is free for everyone.
- How can I see who liked me?With EliteDulce Gold you see everyone who liked you. Without it, you see likes with a message and those unlocked by Drops and Secret Admirer.
- How do I unmatch someone?Open the conversation, tap Safety and settings and choose Unmatch. You can no longer message each other and disappear from each other’s lists.
- Why did a match disappear?A match disappears when one of you unmatches or blocks, or when an account is deleted or removed. We do not say which.
- Can I message someone before we match?Yes. Send a Swipe Note with your like and your message is always shown to them. With a First Impression you appear at the top.
- Can I see if my messages have been read?Yes, with read receipts. EliteDulce Platinum includes them in every conversation; otherwise one read receipt unlocks one conversation.
- How does Double Date work? With Double Date you swipe on other duos together with a friend. If you like each other, you get a match and a group chat for all four.
- What are Group Hangouts? With Group Hangouts you and your friends meet other groups. One like from each group makes a match and a shared chat where you can make plans.
- How does Speed Date (video) work?Speed Date is short video or audio dates in rounds. Register in advance, and if you both say yes after a round, it is a match.
- How do I sign up for events on EliteDulce?Find an event under Explore → Events and tap I’m going. On the day, check in with the QR code and see the other guests for 72 hours.
