- I'm not getting the SMS code – what should I do?Check the country and number, wait until Send the code again is active, and check signal and spam filters. You can also sign in with email.
- The EliteDulce app is not working or keeps crashingCheck your connection, update the app and restart your phone. If that doesn't help, reinstall the app. Your profile stays with your account.
- Why was my profile photo rejected?A photo is rejected if, for example, it doesn't show your face, is too unclear or breaks our rules. The reason is shown under it in Edit profile.
- I'm not getting notifications from EliteDulceCheck that notifications are on in your phone and under Settings > Notifications in the app, and that quiet hours aren't active.
- My location is wrong on EliteDulceAllow the app to use your location and tap Suggest from my location under Edit profile > City. That updates your location.
- Why can't I like any more profiles today?You've used your free likes for now. The app shows when more arrive. With EliteDulce Plus, Gold or Platinum, likes are unlimited.
- My photo verification isn't working – what should I do?Take a new video selfie in good light with your face clearly visible, and make sure your profile photos show you. Under review means: wait.
