- How do I report a profile or a message?Tap the shield on the profile or in the chat, choose Report and a reason. Reports are confidential, and the person is blocked by default.
- How do I block someone on EliteDulce?Tap the shield on the profile or in the chat and choose Block. They can't see or message you again, and it can't be undone.
- Can I hide from people I know (block contacts)?Yes. With Block contacts you pick people from your phone's contacts whom you won't see or be seen by, even if they join later.
- How do I share my date with a friend (Date check-in)?Share My Date sends the place and time to someone you trust. With Date check-in, your trusted contacts get a text if you don't check in.
- How do I spot a romance scammer?Scammers build trust, then ask for money or investments. Nobody you only know online should ask you for money. Report the profile.
- How do I appeal a decision by EliteDulce?Tap Appeal the decision in the app or use the link in our email. You have 6 months, and a different moderator handles your appeal.
- Can I only be contacted by verified profiles?Yes. Turn on Only photo-verified people can message me under Settings > Safety. You need to be photo-verified yourself.
