How do I change my phone number or email?

You can add or change your email yourself in the app and at elitedulce.com. You cannot change your phone number yourself yet, so we help you with that.

Change or add your email

1. Open Profile > Settings > Account and tap Email (or Add email).

2. Type the new address and tap Continue.

3. If your account has a phone number or a passkey, we first ask you to confirm it is you.

4. Enter the 6-digit code we send to the new address.

At elitedulce.com you find the same under Settings.

Change your phone number

Write to us through the contact page at elitedulce.com and choose Account and sign-in. If you can, write from the email address linked to your account.

Your email and phone number are never shown on your profile.
