How do I get a copy of my data?

You can always request a copy of the information we hold about you. You do it in the app, and it is free.

How to do it

1. Open Profile > Settings > Account.

2. Tap Download my data.

3. We let you know when the file is ready. Tap Refresh status to see how far along it is.

4. Tap Download the ZIP file. The link works for 7 days, after which you can request a new one.

What is in the file

• Your account and profile details, filters and location.

• Your matches and the messages you have sent.

• Consents, devices, blocks and reports you have made.

The file contains information about your photos, but not the images themselves. You can only have one request in progress at a time.
