Can I cancel my purchase and get a refund?
Purchases are made in the App Store or Google Play, and the store decides on withdrawal and refunds. Here is how to ask for your money back.

All purchases happen in the app through the App Store or Google Play. Apple or Google is the seller, so withdrawal and refunds follow the store’s rules.
Bought in the App Store
Go to reportaproblem.apple.com and sign in with your Apple ID.
Choose Request a refund, pick the reason and select the purchase.
Apple usually replies within a few days.
Bought on Google Play
Open Google Play, tap your profile picture and choose Payments and subscriptions → Budget and history.
Find the purchase and tap Request a refund. Within 48 hours of the purchase this can often be done directly in Google Play.
If you get your money back, we remove what the purchase gave you, such as the subscription or unused Super Likes.
