Why am I not seeing any more profiles?

When your deck is empty, it is almost always for one of the reasons below. The app usually shows you what to do.

Check these first

• Your profile is hidden: finish it, or tap Show my profile again if you have paused your account.

• Your location is missing: share your location so we can show profiles near you.

• You are out of free likes: more arrive after a while, and you can still pass and browse profiles. EliteDulce Plus gives you unlimited likes.

• Your filters are narrow: filters work both ways, so both your choices and other people’s count.

How to see more profiles

1. Widen the age or distance under Filters.

2. Turn off Only show people within my age range and my distance, so we can show profiles slightly outside your limits.

3. Turn on All of the Nordics.

4. Tap See them again to give some of the people you passed on a while ago a second look.

5. Swipe in another city with Passport, which is included in EliteDulce Plus.

If it says profiles could not be loaded, check your connection and tap Try again.
