Why was my account banned, and what can I do?
We restrict accounts that break our community guidelines. You see the reason in the app and can appeal within six months.
Updated 5 November 2026
We restrict an account when it has broken our community guidelines, for example through scams, harassment, using other people’s photos or offering payment for company. When you open the app, you see what has happened and why.
What the screen can mean
Suspended: the account is blocked until a set date.
Under review: several people have reported the profile, and a moderator is looking into it.
Age or identity needs confirming: follow the step on screen, such as a short video selfie.
Banned: the account has been closed for breaking the rules.
How to appeal
Read the Reason, and tap Read the rule if you like.
Under Appeal the decision, explain why you think it is wrong and tap Send appeal.
A different moderator from the one who made the decision handles your appeal, and you get an answer.
You can appeal within six months, also through elitedulce.com. If you cannot sign in, write to us through the contact page. You can still download a copy of your data, and you need to cancel any App Store or Google Play subscription yourself.
