How does Double Date work?

With Double Date you swipe on other duos together with a friend. If you like each other, you get a match and a group chat for all four.

Double Date is for people who would rather meet two by two. You team up with a friend as a duo, and together you swipe on other duos.

Getting started

Go to Explore and choose Double Date.
Tap Invite a friend and create an invite link. The link works even if your friend does not have the app yet, but it expires after a while.
When your friend accepts, you are a duo and can start swiping.

You each swipe on your own. If your friend passes on a duo, you can still like it.
If one of you likes a duo and someone in that duo likes you back, it is a match, and you get a group chat for all four.
You can have several friends in Double Date. The app shows how many.
If you remove a friend, your shared matches and chats are deleted.

Double Date is only in the app and is rolling out gradually. If you cannot see it in Explore, it has not reached you yet.
