My photo verification isn't working – what should I do?
Take a new video selfie in good light with your face clearly visible, and make sure your profile photos show you. Under review means: wait.

Photo verification compares a short video selfie with your profile photos. It usually fails because your face is hard to see or the photos don't look like you. You'll find it under Settings > Verification.
If you see Not approved
Check that your profile photos are of you and that at least one clearly shows your face.
Find somewhere with good light, and take off sunglasses, caps or anything else that hides your face.
Tap Start video selfie and follow the steps on the screen.
