How do I report a profile or a message?
Tap the shield on the profile or in the chat, choose Report and a reason. Reports are confidential, and the person is blocked by default.

You report from the shield at the top of a profile or a conversation. Reports are confidential: the person never finds out who reported them.
Open the profile or the conversation and tap the shield.
Choose Report and the reason that fits best, such as Fake profile, Harassment or Spam or scam.
Add details if you like. You can attach messages or photos as evidence, or skip that step.
Choose whether to block the person too (on by default) and whether to unmatch. Tap Send report.
If the app shows Does this bother you? on a message, you can report straight from there.
Our team reviews the report and acts according to our community rules. Serious cases are handled first.
Not a member? Use the Report illegal content form in the Safety centre on elitedulce.com. If someone is in danger right now, call your local emergency number.
