Can I only be contacted by verified profiles?

Yes. With the setting Only photo-verified people can message me, only people with photo verification can send you messages.

1. Go to Settings > Safety.

2. Turn on Only photo-verified people can message me under Messages.

You need to be photo-verified yourself to turn it on. If you aren't yet, the app shows a button so you can start your video selfie right away.

If someone without photo verification tries to message you, they are told that you only accept messages from photo-verified members.
